Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 3, 2026

Browsing the shop. The site reads our product catalog from Wix. You do not need an account to browse or to add items to your cart.

Cart and session. When you use the cart, the site stores a first-party cookie named mc_session (up to 30 days) holding an anonymous visitor session issued by Wix, plus two small flags in your browser’s local storage. They keep your cart between pages and visits. They are not used for advertising.

Checkout and payment. When you check out, you are sent to Wix’s hosted checkout, where you enter your name, contact details, shipping address and payment information. That information is collected and processed by Wix and its payment providers. This website does not store it.

Newsletter. If you subscribe in the footer, we collect your email address to send news about new drops and offers. It is saved as a contact in our Wix account. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Messages. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation. If you email us, we keep the message so we can answer you and follow up on your order.

Facebook and Instagram. If you view or tap our products on Facebook or Instagram, Meta’s own privacy policy applies to what happens inside those apps.

Site analytics. The site is served through Cloudflare, which provides web analytics that measure page views and performance.

If you choose Accept in the cookie bar, the site loads the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It sets a cookie named _fbp and tells Meta which pages and products you view, what you add to your cart and when you start checkout. We use this to measure our ads and to show our products to people on Facebook and Instagram. Our checkout, hosted by Wix, may also report a completed purchase to Meta for the same reason.

If you choose Decline, the pixel never loads. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie choices” at the bottom of every page.

We do not sell your personal information, and advertising cookies only load if you accept them.

Wix (store platform, cart, checkout, payments and contacts), Cloudflare (hosting and web analytics) and, only if you accept advertising cookies, Meta Platforms (ad measurement). Product photos load from Wix image servers, which means your IP address is visible to them.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email privacy@mccoutureunisex.com. We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address or phone number used on your order.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

If we change how the site collects or uses information, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
