How returns and exchanges work at Muñeca's Couture.
Policy
- Returns or exchanges
- Free exchanges if it doesn't fit. Unworn items can be returned for store credit.
- Return window
- 7 days from delivery for online orders, 7 days from purchase in store (bring your receipt).
- Condition
- Unworn, in the same condition you received it.
- Final-sale items
- Items marked Final Sale on their product page cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds
- Store credit for the full amount paid. No cash or card refunds.
- Return shipping paid by
- Muñeca's Couture pays return shipping on online orders, for exchanges and store-credit returns.
How to start a return
Email orders@mccoutureunisex.com or message us on WhatsApp within 7 days with your order number and the item. In-store purchases can be brought to 192 Broadway, Lawrence, MA.
